Gifting on the First Date
Have you ever given or received a gift on the first date?
Someone gave me this on the first date. Beginning of a beautiful relationship? I have to admit, it's pretty thoughtful since we talked about zombie attacks prior to meeting. +5 brownie points
P.S. He's only 22, turning 23 next month. I'm such a jaguar. =(

that's awful nice of him. hmmmm...not sure if i would gift on the first date. still, the thought of someone taking the time is pretty impressive.
I actually also got a book once too. But it was kind of weird. Because my friend set us up...and told him that I loved reading. It was cute...and thoughtful, but a little awkward at the same time. *Shrug.

Don't think I've ever received or given a gift on a first date. Certainly not a zombie book! I do know someone in SF who needs this, though.
He probably wants you to take care of him when the Zombie Apocolypse happens, hence the gift choice. This way, he won't have to be the one in the tough position of resorting to cannibalism when searching for food, or being faced with tough moral questions such as weather or not to take the water tanks from the weaker people, because YOU'll be the one with the know-how, not him
